A hastily arranged ride saw our very own Superman lookalike, Gaz, lead out the Moos from the Legion Car Park.

Yet again, the Moos welcomed a new rider in the shape of ‘Kev the Plane’ who surely must be a contender for ‘Best first ride award.’

Gaz decided that a singletrack feast would be the way ahead, in what turned out to be one of the more enjoyable rides of the year. An exception to this opinion was Scrippsy, who did mention that he thought Gaz was ‘pushing ahead’ and not ‘waiting for the group!’

However, I did catch Mr Scripps enjoying himself (pictured below) on Blips leap, obviously taking to the ideal conditions like Eddie Kidd on acid. Look out Jim and Chrisssssy!

Conditions in the woods were near perfect as we sped along all of our favourite trails ‘shredding the proverbial gnarl’ with aplomb! It was certainly a case of riding back to the Oak with smiling faces to welcome the return of ‘Chris the Chef.’
