24th August 2005

Sorry its very late...........

Well, so i find myself writing this weeks report once again on the heels of another Goon visit, in which last time we managed to raise our game following an excellent ride the week before!

Unfortuantely it pains me to report that on this particular occasion we experienced a collective lowpoint in Miggly Moo riding. Please excuse the shortness on this weeks report but i will soon enough again bcome too upset to type anymore......

Although I am very much in the doldrums I must mention the one shining light that came out of the ride and that was the ride itself and the fact that Owen, one of the new members took the ride. It was a well thought out ride that was both physically and technically demanding. It was just that we weren't up to it!

Whether it was the bickering between Beaker (who was a tired little soldier following a Stag Weekend) and Captain ("Can't belive he's sold that frame!!") or the general 'I'm alright Jack' attitude that exisited amongst the herd!

It was a poor show by the majority of us and as Moos, it is our duty to make sure that this doesn't happen again. The ride can be summed up in the words used by Beaker by the Tips "This ride is very fragmented is'nt it?!........."

However, like women "it takes a bad one to know a good un...!" . This particuluar shambles just highlights the usual excellent rides that we experience week in week out.

Anyway, onwards and upwards and so it is with child-like excitment that we look forward to the annual Miggly Moos weekend away and with this can get the show back on the road!!

Yours in Crashing

Stunt
